According to an article published by the U.S. economic daily "Wall Street Journal, Apple could introduce version 4.0 of the operating system of the iPhone, next Friday, April 9.

The Wall Street Journal revealed that the Cupertino company would introduce the new OS of the iPhone, before some journalists were invited in advance.

The firmware 4.0 of the iPhone should offer multitasking technology, allowing to use multiple applications simultaneously.

Finally, the paper also mentions the U.S. output in the month of June, a new iPhone.
