Twitter is about to land on the iPhone

Lots of software for accessing the Twitter social network are available on the AppStore, but no formal application has been created by the firm.
Twitter has decided to buy the software "Tweetie 2", which was priced at 2.39 euros on the AppStore.
This application will be renamed "Twitter for iPhone", and will be available free.
Regarding the developer Tweetie 2, he was hired in the mobile team of Twitter.
